SLT was formed in October 2018 via the recapitalization of SH1 & SH2. SLT is a permanent capital vehicle and is Sandpiper’s primary vehicle for the acquisition of open, cash-flowing extended stay hotel properties. In January 2023, SH3 and SH4 were purchased by SLT.
