Our Investment Strategy
Our goal is to create a high level of recurring income and long-term capital appreciation for investors from a portfolio of extended stay hotels. We expect to provide future liquidity to investors by completing a recapitalization, a public listing or through a sale of assets.
Our strategy focuses primarily on three key areas:

Hospitality Management
Sandpiper Hospitality ("SH") is an affiliate of the Company. SH manages the day-to-day operations of the SLT portfolio and is expected to manage the majority of the properties that we acquire and develop.
SH also manages Extended Stay America hotels, Courtyard by Marriott hotels, La Quinta/Hawthorn Suites dual brands, AmericInn, and additional WoodSpring Suites for Sandpiper-related funds and unaffiliated third parties.
